Pim Braat – Founding Partner

Pim, a trained chemical engineer, has a wealth of international sales and marketing experience to draw from having worked for GE for over 10 years and more recently Shell.

Pim is a tri-lingual speaker (Dutch/English/German) and is very motivated advising how to influence/work in complex relationship channels and cross-functional teams. He is brand literate and is constantly looking at new and creative ways to improve & develop consistent messages within organisations and multinational and key account customer bases.

At Experiensus, focussing on business development, he is particularly keen for senior executives to understand the power & influence of joining up customer and employee relationships to improve profitability.

Derek Tree – Founding Partner

Derek, is a Chartered Banker with 20 years experience in corporate finance to draw upon, 10 of which were in IT consulting.

More recently Derek has been involved in human resource consulting; he is also managing director of Psychology Network Ltd. He has experience in psychometric assessment and feedback for personal development and coaching at senior executive level.

At Experiensus Derek is well placed to help identify possible corrective actions once existing customers and/or employees quality relationships have been audited.
